Christmastime is the best. I don't think you'll find anyone who could ever argue that. I mean, it's so great that an entire season was born out of it. We have summer, fall, winter, spring, and Christmas. You can tell when the Christmas season starts because radio stations are immediately taken over by Christmas music, lights go up on trees and houses in every neighborhood, and kitchens start smelling like pumpkin spice. Even Starbucks comes out with a holiday themed cup to mark the start of this holiday season.
So basically as soon as the season starts, you know it. And one of the best parts about Christmastime is that there are endless cheesy Christmas movies to satisfy all your holiday feels. It doesn't matter if you've seen the same spirited films a million times because nothing can get you more in the holiday spirit than these classics.
1. "Elf"
Le duh, this was an obvious first choice.
2. "Snowglobe"
I don't know about you, but ever since I saw this movie for the first time, I've always wanted to live inside a snow globe.
3. "Holiday in Handcuffs"
I think this movie is the most unrealistic movie ever made, but it also happens to be one of my favorites.
4. "The Holiday"
This Christmas movie is definitely chick-flick approved.
5. "Home Alone"
Best. Movie. Ever. Made. And I'm not just saying that because it has to do with Christmas.
6. "The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause"
Jack Frost sucks. Period.
7. "The Polar Express"
I blame this movie for the unrealistic expectations I have of trains, but nevertheless, it's one of the classics.
8. "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas"
You can't help but fall in love with the Grinch by the end of the movie. And you can't help but fall in love with that dog. Love is in the air and Christmas is saved.
9. "Frosty the Snowman"
This movie was made in 1969, but holiday spirit is never outdated.
10. "Christmas Cupid"
Christina Milian is the goddess of Christmas.
