Having trouble focusing on work, school, activities and things you need to get done?
Everyone gets in moments where they feel they don't want to do anything but procrastinate. Just sit down and watch a show or movie or even go for a drive or go to the gym, maybe reading a book or just relaxing not thinking and all of these things are great, but not so much when work needs to get done. So maybe when a moment like that comes make a little time sheet. Plan to watch one show or read one chapter or do one thing then for 45 straight minutes do work, then take another break. It is actually better for comprehension to take breaks while studying or doing work.
I actually am currently procrastinating by writing this article, it is my time to do something before I start all my schoolwork I'm pretty sure that I have. So maybe this is your break before you start working, so after you read this, get to work and I will be doing the same. Lets get some work done before midterms and before we see our grades at a .1 gpa.
So time to saddle up and get our work done before anyone ever realizes how bad our grades really are!
