Your Camp Relationship As Told By Mitchie Torres From 'Camp Rock'

As a camper at sleep-away camp you think you have hit the jackpot on excitement, but then this summer you become the counselor and they you realize “holy sh*t?! being a counselor is the greatest thing to ever happen to me”. As you embark on this fabulous five week adventure you meet Camp Hottie and start a wonderful camp relationship full of drama and passion. As we all watched in Camp Rock Mitchie and Shane really had the epitome of the perfect camp relationship. So here they are to explain how a camp relationship goes down.

1. First day of camp. So pumped, so much energy! You just can’t wait to dive right into everything and meet everyone! You have all these expectations of how amazing it will be!

2. Camp loves Ice breakers. Picture this: all counselors are in a huddle before campers arrive playing ice breakers and you see him, Camp Hottie. You wanna play it cool with the game but you think no I’m older, wiser, more mature:

3. Then you guys start your beautiful friendship. You try to make it so your schedules don’t exactly match but he is running canoe practice while you are on the lifeguard stand so you can arrange a not so accidental meet up.

4. Then the nights off begin. It starts with group hang outs that somehow turn into just the two of you walking around. You have yet to completely turn on your romantic charm. You still want to keep things fun yet flirty.

5. Soon your camp best friend Cindy tells you “OMG I just heard Camp Hottie is totally into you” and automatically you are in major freak out mode.

6. Then once you both establish how there is definitely something there you have your first camp date. Naturally it is a camp oriented activity (romantic canoe ride) because what else is there to do when you are in the middle of the woods somewhere.

7. As this beautiful romance blossoms you know it is coming, the kiss. It is so magical in your beautiful camp that right after you both break out into a perfectly choreographed dance number that soon the whole camp joins in.

8. As you guys begin to spend all your off time together you cant help but think how amazing and lucky you are to have Camp Hottie.

9. But then tragedy strikes. You realize there is only one week of camp left!

10. But you know a week will be great. You just have to spend as much time together as possible. You know it will be fine.

11. It is finally the last day. Goodbye day. You know that you and Camp Hottie have had a great run but now you realize you’re heading back to college where all the real boys are.

You say your big goodbye. Exchange phone number, Instagram, Twitter, friend each other, and even exchange emails. You promise to stay in touch but lets be honest you are going back to your college and he to his. After all of that you are grateful for your camp fling. Kept things interesting for five weeks while you were a 24/7 babysitter.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
