Supercard of Honor left the whole Ring of Honor fanbase confused and honestly sad if you're a Bullet Club fan; and this week's BTE did nothing to fix it. Adam couldn't pull through, The Kingdom stole the spotlight, Flip still isn't ALL IN, Marty isn't world champ and The Bucks missed a crucial superkick moment. In the Finale episode of BTE, we saw the American Nightmare celebrating his victory on his own, Nick and Matt devastated by the loss of their best friend, Marty off to pursue his pop star dreams, and even Hangman wanted little to do with his supposed leader. Honestly, at this point I'm not even sure if the Guerrillas of Destiny are still saying they're BC members.
So, this leaves one crucial question still up in the air: As of right now...is there a Bullet Club? All good things must come to an end, sure but with the most dominant wrestling faction in the last 25 years taking over the world for four, where do we go now? Bullet Club has helped to expand the Indy scene on such a magnificent level, if the club is no more...what happens now? Will the hype stay? Will kids still chant for the Young Bucks? Will Adam Page still get the hype he rightfully deserves?
Will Marty sail ship to Orlando and disappear with the likes of Adam Cole and Ricochet? What does this mean for Kenny and his reunited golden lover? Will Flip ever be ALL IN? How long will this friendship with Brandi last? Can Cody keep up in the indy world without relying on his family name and playing the tiresome "dashing" character?
The faction won't part ways forever, not with the lingering ALL IN event or the simple fact that it is simply not the Club's MO. I see this going one of two ways: At ALL IN, we see an epic fight to the finish, instant classic of a Kenny/Cody II perhaps even ending with Omega giving his allegiance to CHAOS with Jay White (who he tried to welcome to BC), or with Bullet Club kicking Cody to the curb and leaving him to fight the marks and haters on his own. Either way, we've got an interesting summer unfolding in front of us as the best in the world square off at what they do best.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: man it's a good time to be a wrestling fan.
