Breakfast Crêpe
Apples, Peanut Butter, and Honey
What you will need:
1/3 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 apple
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Honey
How to:
Whisk together the first 4 ingredients. Pour batter into a greased pan over high heat. Flip when the top of the crepe begins to bubble. Take off the pan once both sides are cooked.
Spread peanut butter on half of the crêpe, add warm apples, and a drizzle of honey. Fold the crêpe and add more apples and honey on top. Now, eat up!
