Blair Waldorf is the definition of Queen B. However, Blair is one of the most good-hearted characters in "Gossip Girl". Blair might have master manipulation skills, but she really did use her manipulation skills to help her friends and family. Blair did try to be the bigger person when dealing with Serena or when she was so in love with the cunning Chuck Bass.
