To my best friend,

We met in the most unconventional of ways. But that really doesn't matter. You see, they say that friendship isn't measured in time but by who came and never left your side: and you have done just that. You haven't left my side, not once, after all of the things we have been through in the last few months.

I just want you to know a few things.

You are beautiful.

I know that you look in the mirror and you don't like what you see. But you have to understand my point of view. To me, you are one of the most beautiful people I have ever met, inside and out. Your genuine heart and the way you care for people is something I greatly admire about you every day. You have the prettiest hair, definitely the nicest butt (which I'm totally jealous of, by the way) and one of the most gorgeous smiles I've ever seen. I know you're probably currently hardcore rolling your eyes, but I truly do hope you know I think you're beautiful.

I love our adventures.

There have been countless wild times with you. Some can be mentioned, some cannot. (Winky face.) Either way, mentionable or not, I always have the best of the best times with you. I can be completely crazy and go insane, but also have chill nights where we just pig out and watch Netflix. It doesn't matter what we're doing, I always have so much fun and I cannot thank you enough for that.

Your unconditional support means the world to me.

Everything I have been through, you have been right by my side. And you always continue to offer me the best advice, and an amazing listening ear. You let me stay when I don't want to be home. Your family is like my own. You sat next to me many times while I cried my eyes out, laughed until I cried, or cried until I laughed. You're my shoulder to cry on, my ear to listen, my gossip partner and everything in between. It's like having the sister I never got. Thank you so much.

You deserve the best of everything in this world.

You deserve a boy to love you truly and unconditionally. You deserve every single good thing in this world and nothing less. I know sometimes you feel like you get the bad end of the bargain and things seem sucky, but I promise you, that things will get better, You deserve a life that is just as beautiful as your heart.

And finally...I will always be here for you.

I will always be here to be the best friend that you are to me. I will always be here to lend a helping hand, to pick you up when you're down, to knock you down when you get too high (Duh.) and always to simply be your best friend. I pinky promise.
