Do you have a mental disorder? Depression? Anxiety? ADHD? Try out these vitamins! I have personally tried them all. I have been on perscription drugs for over 10 years but all of a sudden they stopped working. The side effects were ten times worse than the good it did. So I have been trying out different vitamins that have worked for me.

1: ADHD

*Vitamin B 12

*Omega3 Fish Oil

*Drink decaffeinated coffee

Eat more meat, less to no sweets, and drink more water. Plus do not drink anything with caffeine in it. Exercise to help keep your mind from going crazy.

2: Anxiety

* Magnisum

*Vitamin C

Try drinking more water, Eating healthy, and exercise.

3: Depression

* St John's Wart

*Rhodiola

*Vitamin D3

*GoodBye Stress

All of thses vitamins work wonders! Always remember to take each one by its self before taking them together. And do not drive or operate heavy machinery before you know how it reacts with your body. Vitamins are less likely to cause side effects but it can still happen.

When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
