Finals are over, the holidays are upon us, and the New Year is just around the corner. During this time, a lot of our lives tend to be hectic roller coasters filled with stress, joy, and every emotion in between. Although the phrase ‘new year, new me’ is basically a joke, there are ways to take on the new year on a brand new slate. It’s time to forget about that one question you knew you could have answered better on your psychology exam and instead dive into a good book. Here are some of the most inspiring self-help books of 2015:

This book will have you relaxing and enjoying every minute of life.
