We all have our favorite love songs. The ones you can’t help but smile and think of your favorite person when you hear it. The one that puts everything you’re thinking about and hoping for into words, that happen to rhyme.

They are cute and set your expectations high for your boyfriend, especially the country boy singing about respecting women. Here are my current eleven favorite love songs and songs about love.

Greatest Love Story - LANco

“We are gonna be the greatest love story this town has ever seen
We are gonna be the greatest love story this world has ever seen”

This song has been stuck in my head since I first heard it on the radio.

Everything Has Changed - Taylor Swift featuring Ed Sheeran

“And all I feel in my stomach is butterflies the beautiful kind
Making up for lost time, taking flight, making me feel like
I just want to know you better…”

I’m emotionally invested in the lives of the children in the music video. Too. Darn. Cute.

Like Real People Do - Hozier

“Honey just put your sweet lips on my lips
We should just kiss like real people do”

There isn’t an official music video for this song and this dance might be my favorite dance every so we’re going to pretend it’s the music video.

Hey Pretty Girl - Kip Moore

“Life's a lonely, winding ride
Better have the right one by your side
And happiness don't drag its feet
And time moves faster than you think”

My favorite song Freshmen year when I still thought boys had cooties.

Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not - Thompson Square

“Yeah baby, I love you a lot
I really think we've got a shot
Are you gonna kiss me or not?”

This song is so cute and pure and makes me smile no matter what mood I’m in.

Say You Won't Let Go - James Arthur

“When you looked over your shoulder
For a minute, I forget that I'm older
I wanna dance with you right now
Oh, and you look as beautiful as ever”

They play it 100 times a day on the radio and I honestly have no problem with that.

Can't Help Falling in Love - Literally every version

“Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you”

I know this isn’t the original. I know this isn’t the actual music video. But Sarah and Juan and too cute for you to not know about.

Unforgettable - Thomas Rhett

“Oh, I told you I was gonna marry you
You probably didn't think that it was true”

He remembers everything about seeing Lauren again for the first time after being broken up for years. Plus I love everything about Thomas and Lauren

Die a Happy Man - Thomas Rhett

“Oh, if all I got is your hand in my hand
Baby, I could die a happy man”

Sorry, not Sorry I love Lauren and Thomas too much not to include two of his songs.

Perfect - Ed Sheeran

“Baby, I'm dancing in the dark with you between my arms
Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favorite song
When you said you looked a mess, I whispered underneath my breath
But you heard it, darling, you look perfect tonight”

This was my favorite song on ÷ before he released it as a single. Still my favorite.

Front Porch Looking In - Lonestar

“There's a carrot top who can barely walk
With a sippy cup of milk
A little blue eyed blonde with shoes on wrong
'Cause she likes to dress herself
And the most beautiful girl holding both of them
And the view I love the most
Is my front porch looking in, yeah”

An oldie but a goodie. I remember realizing how cute this song is even when I was little.

Can you tell I mostly listen to country music?

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
