5 Of The Best Jim And Pam Moments From 'The Office' That'll Make You Wish They Were Together IRL

"The Office" is one of television's greatest shows to ever set on air. A mockumentary about a paper company in Scranton, Pennsylvania, this TV show has gained TONS of publicity over the years. 9 full seasons with 201 episodes to entertain any individual for weeks. From Michael Scott's hilarious sayings, to Dwight's suffering from Jim's pranks, to the atrocious relationship status of Ryan and Kelly, "The Office" has it all.

My personal favorite aspect of this comedic series is the story of Jim and Pam. Pure, intelligent paper salesman meets cute, innocent receptionist. It's romantic, adorable, and overall just feels real to the viewers.

1. The ring

In season 4, episode 14, there is a quick clip of Jim being interviewed by the "mockumentary" crew. He pulls out the engagement ring he intends to propose to Pam with and states, "Got it a week after we started dating." This speaks volumes to me because for the first 3 seasons Jim had a HUGE crush on Pam while she was in another relationship (which was not healthy by the way) and when they begin to date he already has an engagement ring within the first week. Crazy? Romantic? Strange? Darn right a bold move that's for sure.

2. The tea pot

In "Christmas Party" season 2, episode 10, the workers of Dunder Mifflin take part in a secret Santa game for their office party. Jim is paired up with Pam, which he is overly excited about. This episode portrays how well Jim pays attention to Pam and how much she means to him. He decides to give her a teal teapot with mini gifts inside them. These gifts include a cassette tape, a funny yearbook picture of Jim, a boggle timer, a hot sauce packet, a mini golf pencil, and of course a letter that explains how he feels towards her. Towards the end of the episode he takes away the letter as she opens up the gift because he feels he should not tell her yet. Little did we audience members know that that letter would come back in the final season. Overall this episode is for sure my favorite from "The Office" because 1) it has to do with Christmas and 2) Jim sets the bar SO high in it.

3. The proposal

Jim and Pam OBVIOUSLY get married. Sorry if this is a spoiler alert for anyone just watching this show now, but you should have thought about that before clicking on this article. In the beginning of season 5, Pam is taking art classes in New York City while Jim stays in Scranton to continue as a paper salesman. Jim has always joked around with Pam about proposing and "faking it" by going on his knee to tie his shoe or some other childish act. He decides to meet Pam halfway between NYC and Scranton at a gas station after having some argument with her, and proceeds to propose to her. Yes, some people hate the fact that it was done at a gas station, but personally I believe it is beautiful because it shows how pure their love is and you cannot beat this iconic television moment.

4. She's pregnant

In the season 5 finale called "Company Picnic" Pam is rushed to the hospital after hurting her ankle in a company volleyball game. Now, the episode ends with Jim and Pam hugging in one of the rooms at the hospital, and then Jim continuing to cry with tears of happiness outside while calling someone on the phone. At the time when it came out, people had to assume that Pam was pregnant until the season 6 starter came to television. Personally this is a favorite of mine because it shows that you don't need words to express love for someone in your life that you care so deeply about. It displays a kind of love that no one understands except for the two people that are feeling it for one another.

5. "I'm in love with you."

Finally, my favorite Jim and Pam romantic moment. The season 2 finale is one of the BEST episodes of this series because of this moment right here. Jim is straight out with Pam in the final minutes of the episode and confesses his love for her. She is taken aback by this as she had no idea, and obviously because she was engaged at that time. The worst part is that Jim cries and walks away saying that HE was sorry for mistaking their friendship for being something more. IT BROKE MY HEART. About two minutes later Jim walks into the office and walks up to Pam and kisses her. Boom. End of the season. I'm telling you, this show is everything and Jim and Pam make up a HUGE percentage of the series. You cannot watch this show and NOT feel anything towards these two.

I really hope you enjoyed these iconic moments of Jim and Pam. Obviously, there are way more than just five so feel free to share your favorite moment of Jim and Pam!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
