Your best friend. There is no one in this world that is like that person. God has placed I believe a "best friend soulmate" in each of our lives; in which case, no matter the scenario, that's your person.
Sure, we all go off to college, meet many others but there is nothing like your childhood best friend. The one that's seen you grow up, make mistakes, achieve your goals, make their family your family, pick you back up, she's/he's your best friend and right or wrong, she/he will always be there. Remember, friends are the family that God gave us the chance to choose.
I'm sure a lot of us have had those instances where you dreamt where ever you go, your best friend automatically has to come as well. Don't worry, we all grow up, and best friend, know I am always here.. even if I am 807 miles away.

Although I do not see you very often, just know that I am thinking about you. I have learned growing up, you lose those friends who were so called best friends as well but with you, it's never questionable. We seem to pick up just where we left off. We carry on and on as if distance never came in between. Know that every time you pop up liking anything on my social media, I silently smile and send blessings your way. You great, don't allow yourself to think otherwise. Those stupid boys? who needs them. (Although we do have to get married one day so we can play the role of maid of honors). Our futures sometimes can feel so uncertain at times, unsure about where I will be in life a year or two from now, or who I will marry down the road. But the one the that is certain is your friendship, and I know you'll be right there by my side.

I want to thank you for sticking by my side, from down the street and now even 100s of miles away. I appreciate it more than you could ever fully know. Thank you for giving me those good memories when times for me were hard. Thank you for making me realize the obvious, it hurts to hear the truth at times but please, never stop telling me the truth. Thank you for giving me that home comfort feeling I needed, sharing Pop with me when I didn't have one for myself, and making sure I never stayed down when I fell. Without your friendship, I wouldn't emotionally be where I am today.
Everyone says they have the very BEST, best friend. Well, I find it hard to believe because mine is the BEST.
