10 Best Disney Channel Shows Of The 2000s

Wait I'm having a vision...

The 2000s were filled with Disney Channel's best TV shows. From That's So Raven all the way to Kim Possible, your cable television seldom strayed from Disney Channel. You knew every word to each show's theme song and practiced "I'm _____ and you're watching Disney Channel!" in front of your mirror numerous times. Lizzie McGuire taught you everything you needed to know about puberty and every girl wished they had a Tia to their Tamara. Let's face it, your childhood would not have been complete without Disney Channel.

The top ten Disney Channel shows of the 2000s (in no particular order, they're all so valuable).

1. That's So Raven

Oh snap!! Yep, it's the future she can see. And we all wished we had a goofy best friend like Chelsea and a brother to pick on like Cody.

2. Lizzie McGuire

Because Lizzie was every teenage girls' alter ego. The show practically invented the bitmoji and she even made you want to buy your first bra. #trendsetter

3. Phil of the Future

He's the cutest twenty second century man we've ever seen. We're so glad he ended up in our time zone.

4. Sister Sister

The modern day Parent Trap. What teenage girl doesn't want a twin? Name a more iconic duo, I dare you.

5. The Suite Life of Zack and Cody

While we're on the subject of twins, how could we forget about the cutest blonde clones Disney Channel has ever seen. I may or may not have tried to convince my mom to book us a stay at the Tipton. I just really wanted to hand my luggage to Esteban Julio Ricardo de la Rosa Ramirez.

6. Kim Possible

What's the sitch? Just your basic average girl, here to save the world. With the help of Ron and Rufus the naked mole rat.

7. Even Stevens

Forget Transformers, Shia LaBeouf did his best work as Louis Stevens. Only to be outshined by Beans, who's arguably more famous now, as his face is plastered on memes everywhere.

8. The Proud Family

Penny and the fam. You couldn't help but root for the poor girl. Sugar Mama is my spirit animal.

9. Wizards of Waverly Place

Just when you thought you were too old for Disney Channel, The Russos put a spell on you. Admit it, Selena Gomez is still one of your girl crushes.

10. Hannah Montana

Last but certainly not least. Miley Stewart came in like a wrecking ball and definitely pulled at our achey breaky hearts. And she's still with Liam Hemsworth. #winning

Kids don't know what they're missing these days.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
