Dear little brothers,
One of you is 16, and one of you is 7. Being your big sister isn't easy, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Cooper Lee, all I want for you is happiness. I want you to make smart decisions and be the best man, brother, son, boyfriend, student, and all-around person that you can be.
You are smarter than you think. You're handsome beyond compare and you've done a great job so far in this thing we call life. The only advice I want to give to you is to stay out of trouble and learn your strengths so you can use them after high school.
I'm still trying to figure out how to communicate with you at this age. I don't know whether I should be helping you sneak off to parties and buying you chew, or if I should be preaching to you about not drinking and growing up as I did.
I think I've found a good in between, even though I still scold you sometimes.
Collin Lee, you are the sweetest, most precious thing in my life. As I raise you, provide for you, and try to teach you right from wrong, I can only hope that I'm doing the right things.
You are so smart. I am blessed to be able to teach you things, take you places, and give you experiences you'll never forget.
Right now I know you don't understand, but I try my hardest to be the best role model I can possibly be.
Boys, I will always be here for you. I will be your biggest supporter and your rock for the rest of our lives. If you ever need a shoulder to cry on, I hope I'm the first person you call. If you ever need advice, I'm only a text message away.
I need you both to know that I'm trying my best. I'm working as hard as I possibly can, and I'm trying to be the best big sister I can be.
Love,
Your big sis.
P.S. The first girl that breaks your heart has to go through one scary big sister, so make sure you give them a warning.
