Beauty is not stagnant…it is far from stagnant. Beauty in a woman is ever changing. As a woman matures, her body changes. As a woman ages, her mind grows. As a woman lives, her experiences expand… and each and every one of these things changes a women’s physical beauty and the way in which she chooses to define it.
Beauty has always been a touchy subject for women. Women tend to define beauty, not by our own definition, but by the definition the world around us has created. As a young girl, myself, growing up in the age of social media, the definition of what a “beautiful girl” looks like left me feeling unable to live up to expectations. As I have gotten older, I have learned how truly unrealistic those expectations are. I have realized that confidence is the key to beauty. How a woman chooses to carry herself, says a lot about how she defines beauty. The most confident woman in the world are those that create standards and expectations for themselves that are singularly focuses on making them the best version of themselves that they can be. I have learned that to find my own definition of beauty in things far more important than body image. Just like Audrey, I have learned to define my beauty in the words I speak, the lives I can touch, and the love I can share.

- For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people
- For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry
- For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day
- For poise, walk with the knowledge you’ll never walk along
- People, even more than things, have restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anybody
- As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others
- The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to the heart, the place where love resides
- True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives and the passion that she shows. And the beauty of a woman with passing years only grows
