Over the course of two weeks the beauty community on YouTube has initiated a drama scandal which was initiated because of the video Tati Westbrook uploaded titled "BYE SISTER," in which she addresses many things that make the famous makeup artist James Charles look bad and be called out for the actions and things he's allegedly done. She speaks about predatory behaviors Charles alleged displayed among the fame and money he's obtained thanks to YouTube and his fans. There has been a disarray series of videos since this video was posted in which many attack James Charles in a very offensive and degrading manner. James Charles has posted a follow up to Tati's video; it was an apology to Tati and his fans for the disappointment, the second was him showing receipts and proof that what Tati said was almost fully a lie.
But this does not end here, famous beauty guru Jeffree Star decided to get involved in the "fight" between Tati and James. He claims to fully support Tati and that James is a total lie.
Jeffree star is known to be brutally honest with no filter and keeping it one hundred percent real. He is known to be controversial and to be having many fights with famous makeup artists like Kat Von Dee and Manny MUA. Jeffree Star was called out for taking things to an extreme and for getting involved in something he was not supposed to. James Charles brother tweeted after this incident happened about how people can be so mean on social media, which within minutes Jeffree retweeted to him something mean and offensive to Ian.
Jeffree was called out for fighting with a minor and was forced to delete the tweet. And the reason he tweeted that was because he was going through a dark time due to the depression he was getting from social media. The scandal does not end there, it pursues with even more mean words from Jeffree towards James, he decided to harass him through text and basically threatening James and that he will expose him to Destroy his career. This shows a lot as a person for Jeffree star, he isn't someone to be looked up as a role model just because he wants to destroy someone who made a terrible mistake in life.
This fight came to an end when Jeffree posted his last video where he recognizes the error and mistake he made by calling James out the way he did, instead of talking about it privately and not make this a big mess. The war concluded and everyone now is taking their time to find peace and love in their lives and skip through this phase that he caused tremendous damage to many of them and their family members.
