1. Encourages you to follow your dreams

Whether it's traveling the world in a hippie van to find yourself, or pursuing nursing school, find the guy who will be there to encourage you and help you every step of the way. It's easier to pursue your dreams when you're with the guy who encourages you dreams, instead of questioning them. And dreams should never be followed alone. Be with the guy who wants to come along on the ride.

2. Doesn't try to change you

So you get a little bit cranky sometimes, and you just want some space for yourself? Or, maybe you are feeling needy and want him by your side every second of a day? Be with the guy that loves you for all of your moods, and needs. Be with the guy who doesn't try to control you, or change you. Be with the guy who accepts you for who you are, and for what you want.

3. Tells you you're beautiful

We all have days, or weeks where we don't feel like ourselves. We feel bloated, or our skin has broken out, or we got a bad hair cut that we can't style well enough to make it look okay. We also have better days. Days where we're feeling good about ourselves. Regardless of what type of day you'r having-be with the guy who tells you that you're beautiful. Because you are.

4. Makes you laugh

Being in a relationship isn't always date nights, flowers, and compliments. Being in a relationship is often times, struggle, disagreements, and giving cold shoulder. That's why it's so important to be with the guy who makes you laugh. When times are tough you want to be with someone who can take off the edge and make you see the bright side of things. So, whether it's a joke that's told or whether he has to tickle you to make it happen-always chose the guy that makes you laugh.

5. Shows you he loves you, and only you

Saying "I love you" is one thing. It's nice to hear. It makes you feel loved. It makes you happy. It makes you smile. But, being shown that you are loved is a completely different story. Be with the guy who brings you flowers just because, or drops coffee off to your house when you're hard-core studying for finals. Be with the guy who cooks your favorite dinner for you after along day. Be with the guy who will watch that chick flick with you, or that cartoon movie with you because he knows you have been waiting months to see it. Be with the guy who shows you he loves you-because you show him that you love him too.

BE WITH THE GUY WHO MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU.
