1. DOROTHY
I can’t say enough good things about this rock n’ roll band except that everyone I show them to love their songs. Plus they just came out with a new album last week.
2. The Struts
They’re British and they play rock n’ roll. What more could you want?
3. Wolf Alice
“Moaning Lisa Smile” is the best known song but they have a ton more to jam to.
4. Tame Impala
These Aussies’ music has been described as ‘psychedelic rock’ but they’ve also been compared to the Beatles and Pink Floyd.
5. KONGOS
You may have heard of “Come with me now” but this literal band of brothers has much more to offer including folk rock and accordions.
6. Lewis Del Mar
“Loud(y)” is a great starting point and the rest of their EP is chill but rocking.
7. New Politics
They’re more pop rock but their songs are still fun to listen to, especially “Girl Crush”.
8. The Shelters
They can range from blues rock to indie rock. Trust me, keep an eye on this band.
