It's that time again. The beginning of the year and the start of a new semester. For some of us we have New Year's resolutions of losing the extra holiday weight, getting a job, finding a boyfriend/girlfriend, or more. Here are a few tips to make it through the rough first few weeks of classes.
1. Prepare Yourself- Yes waking up "early" a few days before classes start back up will help you get your butt back in gear. Trust me it will help in the long run. We all know we stayed up way too late and slept in over break.
2. Take Your Time- Change doesn't happen overnight. Don't get frustrated when things don't get better right off. It will take time. Keep after it and give it your best. Be patient!
3. Have Confidence- Make 2018 your year. Be the best you possible. Be confident in yourself and make this year great. You can do it!
