CPAC is a magical place where conservatives gather to live and breath politics. Your first time, it's like you've entered a wonderland.

Every year you develop a feeling of belonging that doesn't fade, in addition to picking up tons of free conservative stuff. Now that CPAC has passed, there are so many things to miss. Which ones are affecting you?

1. You are in so many group chats with friends, that you can't count

2. You are tempted to post a throwback photo even though it hasn't been long

3. Asking your friends when you will see them again, and realizing you don't know

4. Your feed is flooded with everyone's CPAC photos

5. You're trying to catch up on work and failing

6. You realize the only thing you don't miss was the long lines for Starbucks

7. You look back on photos and think about the good times

8. Realizing you have no one in person to talk about politics with whenever you go

9. You have to go through all of the stuff you got in the Hub

10. You actually sort of miss being sleep deprived because... speakers!

11. You've realized how conservative you truly are, and others are having a hard time accepting it

12. Suddenly getting annoyed at liberal people at your college.. even more than usual

13. You're already making plans for next year

I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
