If you've caught his eye, you must be one in a million. He may like your long, dark hair and how tiny you are to him, and you probably wear glasses. You even have or want to dye your hair red. He likes those quirks about you. He likes the way you talk, the way you become so animated when you speak. Maybe you even have that "save me" vibe about you that really makes him feel like he should be there for you.

Deep down, he really wants to fix things, or people, and he really cares. He cares to the point where you might keep making the same mistakes, like sleep with another man, but he will forgive you and still love you the way he loves you. Keep in mind, he is extremely sensitive, and a lot of times you guys will talk about anything deep and intrinsic. Please, do not ever kill that vibe; do not turn him off by saying things you do not mean. Also, do not lie to him. If there is anything he hates most in this world, it is lies. Do not sugarcoat your words; tell him exactly how you feel and why something he did bothers you. He will try his best to fix it. This man is ready to do anything for you, and for your relationship, so please do not give him a reason to stop trying.

If you care about his feelings, try to understand why he does what he does, and you probably already love his idiosyncrasies and quirks. A lot of times you will be completely clueless about his feelings for you, but if he told you he loves you, even once, don't, don't you dare hurt him, or break him after he has given all of himself to you.

Yet, once you completely and seriously know you love him you will want to do anything for him. He is extremely forgiving and his kindness is heartbreaking once you have hurt him. He is moving on. He will probably fall for another girl like you (like me), but do not try to manipulate him to take you back. He is doing you a favor to find someone who can truly make you happy. Accept it and move on.

But the worst part is you will never forget him. He has taken a part of your soul.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
