There is so much I want to say to you. There is no bond quite like the one we share, and I couldn't be happier to share it with you. You're my lifelong friend, a comfort blanket, a comedian, a wardrobe, and a canvas for my creativity. I cannot thank you enough for playing such a huge role in my life.
Pinterest gives me a lot of makeup and hair ideas to try, and you give me something to try them out on. Sometimes trying a hairstyle on yourself just doesn't go as planned. I'm lucky enough to have you to practice the newest smoky eye or french braid on. When I do branch out and try things on myself, you are right there to catch the curl I missed, or give me your honest opinion on if I should leave the house with my makeup that dark.
A girl can never have too many clothes. Me? I just so happen to have an extra addition to my closet: yours. We may not wear the exact same size, but you're always there to throw a t-shirt or a jacket my way. There have been countless times when I don't have the right color tank top and you save the day by having exactly what I need.
Our parents were blessed because dang, we're some funny girls. Some days I really need to smile, but never fear because you're already working on a way to make me giggle. I may have hated the moments when you would hold me down and tickle me, but looking back on it I am so thankful for the fits of laughter. You always understand my silly jokes and I love hearing yours.
All those times when I have been too upset to laugh, you are ready and prepared to hug me. We may argue occasionally, but I know that the second I need something you will drop anything and everything to comfort me. Things don't seem as scary because I know I have you around.
You're basically stuck with me for life, and I am genuinely ecstatic about that. It means that I have a lifelong friend, mentor and support system. I couldn't ask for a better person to go to for advice. You let me rant about drama, stand up for me when I'm too weak to do so myself, and keep my head on straight. We may have different personalities and goals in life, but that doesn't stop us from having such a close bond.
Just because our blood says we are related, we don't have to be friends, but I'm so glad we are.
