Let me start this letter off with I love you and I miss you dearly.

At the ripe age of 9, I never would have thought that I would be lucky enough to meet such amazing girls, who would remain in my life forever, no matter what paths the each of us take along the way. Life happens and it is crazy when I look back at our journeys and realize that we are actually adults now. When did that happen? Where did life go?

Elementary school was our prime time, as some would say. We were inseparable – no force on earth could tear us apart. It was us three against the world, as cliché as that may sound. That is what I will always cherish the most. No matter what, whenever I see you, that aspect of our relationship will never change. Nothing can or will ever tear our friendship apart.

No matter what obstacles have come our way, we always find our way back to each other. I wouldn’t trade a single moment shared with you for anything in this world. From being absolutely attached at the hip in elementary school, to gaining different groups of friends throughout middle school and high school; no matter what, our friendship will always be.

We got each other through our first major heartbreaks, our struggles of trying to fit in, the pains of getting through high school and the tears of moving on after graduation. We may have gone off to different universities and followed different paths, but I was always with you. Maybe not physically, but I was always thinking of you

I am so proud of you.

I never want you to go through a single day in your life thinking that I have forgotten about you. I think of you every day and I wish for nothing but happiness and amazing adventures and success in your life.

I am saddened to say that we often get so busy with our individual lives that we can go months without seeing each other, but you know what? That has never and will never have an effect on us. We still go to that same Buona Beef and sit at that same table for lunch as we did 10 years ago, as if not a single day has passed since I have last seen you.

A friendship like the one I have been lucky enough to find with you is truly amazing and it is one that I will never take for granted. At my lowest of lows, when I feel as if I have no one; you are there. At the drop of a hat.

I cannot wait to see where this beautiful life takes us. I cannot wait to be each other bridesmaids and to share so many more amazing memories. I cannot wait to see us succeed and conquer anything and everything that life throws our way. At the end of the day, you are only a call away. I will always be here for you, no matter what, no matter when.

You will forever hold a special place in my heart that can never be replaced.

I am so thankful for you. Don’t you ever forget that.
