Dear Future Self,
How are you? What are you up to? Right now, I am surviving and possibly thriving with all the opportunities that life has offered me thus far. Hopefully, you are doing the same exact thing. That is one of the things that people admire about us.
We are intertwined you and me. Not because we are the same biological person, but also because our energies unite with our surroundings. Everyday, we connect to the world around us. Every step, gesture, sweat, tear, and conversation depicts who we are. Although we both have similar routines and actions, you do it much better than me. Do not worry, I will be doing as well as you soon enough!
I hope you are the happiest you can be. People adore that lovely smile of yours. If you are not happy right now, fix it! I know you can do it. You can do anything as long as you put your mind to it. Know there is a world full of opportunities, and a lot of time to make mistakes. We all make mistakes, but do not let them get you down. Let them empower you to becoming the best that you can be.
If you are not enjoying life right now, stop what you are doing and go do what you love! You aim to be the best that you can be. People told us to shoot for the stars and aim toward our highest desires. Our loved ones want what is best for us, so why not do what you want?
By now, you should have confronted a challenge or two in your life. There is nothing wrong with changing paths or even redirecting yourself toward a new way. Do not ever feel discouraged. Only you know what is best for you.
Treat yourself like the royalty we are all meant to be.
Never let anyone get you down. Our external appearances are going to label us. For that, I am sorry. I will be with you in spirit and assist you in getting you through this prejudicial time. Instead of letting the pain slow us down, allow our internal identities to be empowering. Inspire others to do the same because I can guarantee success for you and our tomorrow.
Please do not tell me that you have not changed. Everyone goes through a series of changes throughout their lifetime. Physically, your body ages and constantly adapts to the world. Mentally, our view of the world will change and that is due to the experiences. I may not know what you have experienced, but I do understand that we strive to be nothing less than the best.
In a summation, I hope all is well. Know you can rely on me for anything. Never feel discouraged. You have the world in the palm of your hands. I know I have to go, but know you can always count on me for anything. Our past mistakes help make better future decisions. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do.
Yours Truly,
My 20 Year Old Soul
