There are so many things that I could say to you, and so many things you have given me to brag about, but I have a few things that I really want you to know that I have realized in the past year.

I love you with my heart. I have never met anyone that I can connect to the same way that I connect to you. You let me rant and listen to my insane drama. I have always been a strong believer that when I met the right person I would feel completely calm, and ever since our first date I have never been nervous around you. You make me comfortable at all times and that is very important to me. I love the way you love me. I am never afraid of you pretending because at all times you are putting in your best effort and that means so much to me.

Thank you for never giving up on this relationship, or me. During this relationship, I can promise you that I have given you many reasons to turn your back on us. With all of my insecurities, and the constant questions I have, you have stuck beside me and never been aggravated with me. You reassure me every time. When I doubt myself you are always behind my back pushing me back up. You never let me believe I am anything less than amazing and I am so thankful that I have you to be by my side every day.

I am incredibly proud of you. The things you have accomplished in your life are amazing. You try your hardest at everything that you do. You know your faith and your principles and I love that you follow God so faithfully and you are responsible with your decisions. I am never worried when you go out because I know that you will treat me with respect even when I am not watching. You love your family and mine too. Your family will always be your #1 priority and I admire you for that. You have goals and ambitions for the years ahead of you and I know without a doubt that you will accomplish all of them, I can just only hope that I am there to witness your success through the upcoming years.

Through the struggles we will inevitably endure next, I will stand firm by your side with all of my love. It is no secret that relationships will have their issues. With our relationship beyond the year mark, we will have our fair share of fights I am sure. I may not always claim responsibility, but just know that I will always be sorry. I want you to remember that you can talk to me about anything and we will work everything out together. We are strong enough to handle anything this world throws at us and I truly believe that we will.
