Dear Best Friends,
Congrats! We have officially completed our first semester in college. In this short time, we have been away from home, we have grown so much. We each have found our own friend groups and have probably already had unforgettable memories with other people. Parties, boys, school, coffee drinking: we have done it all without each other this past semester.
We have all experienced something new and different and have started our own independent journey through life. Although many things have probably changed, one thing has not, and that's my love for each one of you. Even though we're all in different places doing our own thing and finding ourselves, I still find myself thinking about all the good times we have had in the past.
All the late nights, laughs, dinners, study dates are missed, and most of all your company. Going through those middle school awkward stages, puberty and even pointless high school drama can do a whole lot to connect people, through thick and thin we have been together through it all, so why should that stop now?
Even though things have changed, the bond and relationship I have with you guys never will. Looking at the great scheme of things, high school seems like such a small part of life but in no way were you a small part of my life. Every single one of you has an everlasting imprint on my heart and it has practically turned me into the person I am today.
So I'm dedicating this letter to you guys (yes, you know who you are) as a thank you for everything all the memories, the laughs, the jokes, and even the endless food binging parties. I can with a full and loving heart say that no matter how far we each may go and no matter what different direction life will take us in I will always be by your side. With anything and everything that life throws at you know that you can always count on me to support you every step of the way and nothing will change that.
