I will love you all your life. To the ends of the earth and back again. Everyone of you have a special place in my heart and mean the world to me. So just know that when everything goes wrong, when you lose your favorite toy, or your brother pulls the head off of your new doll, you can come to me. I promise I will help you fix or find it. I will do everything I can to help make your life better. I know you will have days that life just don’t seem fair, but I will try to guide you through it.

I don’t care what anyone says, you are good enough. If you aren't chosen as first for the basketball team, or you don’t get the part you wanted in dance class, you are still good enough. I will always be in your corner. I will always think you are the best at everything, so don’t worry about other people, because I know you will succeed at everything life throws at you, and I am here to help that happen.

You can come to me when you feel like you can't go to your mom or dad. I know there will be times that you want to talk to someone and you feel like your mom or dad will be upset about it. I am here for you. I don’t have to tell them everything we talk about. Come bounce your ideas and fears off me. I promise we will work something out. As your aunt I can love you like a parent and still treat you like a friend.

You will always have family. Trust me. I know we have one big crazy family that sometimes is noisy and can be a little rough on the nerves. They may seem like they pressure you a lot, but I promise each and every one of them loves you more than you will ever know or understand. I promise that when the world comes crashing down around you that this family will stand strong to protect you in every way they can.
