As of late, I have been obsessing over makeup. The only problem with that is that I am a broke college student. If you are like me and do not have tons of money to splurge on makeup, having the option to buy affordable makeup that is still on par with high end products is a must. And in reality, even if you do have tons of money, why waste it on expensive products when there are amazing and affordable dupes? All of these products that made it on my list are there because of two reasons: they are cheap, and they are great.
(All of the brands on the top five list can be purchased in person in the stores listed, but they can also be purchased on their own, personal websites, which I have linked in the pictures and blue titles.)
This product can be found at your local Target or Ulta. Nothing in their entire line of products costs more than $10. I am a huge fan of their lip-liners which come at around $2.

This product can be found at your local Target or Walmart. Nothing in their entire line of products costs more than $15 (with the exception of bulk-buy kits). Their $4 eyeliner pen is to die for!

As far as I know, this product can only be purchased in person at Ulta. Nothing in their entire line of products costs more than $15. Let me just tell you that this line is the reason I chose to even write this article. I own two of their eye shadow palettes, and I am in love. They are 100 percent on par with high end makeup, if not better. If you ignore every other brand on this article, just try out this one. You will not regret it.
Honorable Mention: Colourpop Cosmetics
The only reason that this product did not make my top five is because it can only be purchased online. That being said, the highest priced item on their website is $6, so it is worth having to pay shipping and wait to receive it.
