Sarasota, Florida-native woman, Amber Cain, has decided that after a day of doing absolutely nothing and accomplishing nothing on her to-do list, she deserves a well-earned glass of wine. This glass of wine will then be followed by a rather long, and (again) well-earned nap. She feels that they are earned due to the enormous amount of stress she incurred by even considering attempting to start the very first thing on said list (take out the embarrassing amount of wine bottles that have been piling up due to her many accomplishment-induced self-celebrations), which was later shot down because it was deemed too stressful.
The subsequent tasks (which included things such as: putting away the clean, and piled-up laundry that has subsequently started to mix with the piled-up dirty laundry; doing the dishes that have been there an embarrassing amount of time (that she would rather not disclose); and perhaps even buying groceries so that she can stop spending her paycheck on delivery sushi). But, of course, these were all deemed too stressful. And, after all, you can’t just skip to the second task on your to-do list without completing the first!
However, she did give it her very best try. And for trying so very hard, she feels that she definitely deserves her heavily-poured glass of 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, which will definitely be followed by a 2-3 hour (maybe even a 7-hour) nap.
In a pre-nap statement, she was quoted as saying: "I just, like, feel that I tried really, really hard today. And it was super stressful. I mean there was SO much for me to do, and I am, like, really tired. And I'll definitely be, like, way more productive after my nap, ya know?" We do know, Amber. We definitely do know. And for all of your massive amounts of dailyproductivity, we definitely encourage your wine-filled napping behaviors.
