1. The first day of Chemistry lab looks like this...

...and the rest of the year, something like this.

Hey it's not your fault if you mix up H2O and H2O2 sometimes.


2. You realize there's no fine line between school and life


You wake up: cellular respiration. You grab a bagel on the way to class: chemical breakdown of the large molecules into smaller ones (digestion).


3. Your backpack does not contain books...


4. Halfway through the year you wonder 'What's the point?'

Then again, that does require a lot of chemistry too...


5. The Meltdown: when you contemplate if this is the right path for you.

But then you realize, HELL YEAH IT IS, YOU GLORIOUS SCIENTIST-IN-THE-MAKING.


6. Your friends and family are a bit concerned when you pick up every rock you see.


7. When you're sitting in lab like...



8. Coming out of a 3 hour mineralogy class

The word stressed is an understatement.

9. When you share that you're a science major you usually get this response...

But then you hum your favorite theme song and realize everyone else is a plebeian.
