Huge boobs are so annoying, and I don’t mean C-D cup girls who think their boobs are big. I mean us DD+ cup girls. I have had huge boobs since I was in sixth grade and it is not a feat that I would wish on any girl. I swear it’s like I started at an A cup, and then they kept growing until, like, a week later I was a D cup. It seemed like I had to buy a bigger bra size every day. I am currently a DDD, and people never fail to shriek, “OMG they’re so big!” as if I was unaware of the fact that the two objects hanging from my chest were huge. I can confidently say that any girl with naturally big boobs wishes that they were smaller. Here are nine reasons why:
1. First of all, anything we wear has the potential to look inappropriate, button-downs especially. On top of this fact, you will most likely have to buy larger shirts so that they will fit adequately (alterations cost too much money).
2. Trying to find a bra that fits well and doesn't cost $50-$100 is hard. If you do happen to find one, the straps will be so thin they'll cut into your shoulders from the weight they have to hold.
3. You know how at a certain point in pregnancy women can’t see their feet? That is life for us 24/7, except we can’t see anything past our breasts.
4. Our boobs also knock over things and sometimes hit people.
5. Everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, will stare at your chest and try to touch your boobs.
6. Straight men will look at your chest instead of your eyes while talking to you.
7. As soon as I walked into the venue on the night of my senior prom, one of my friends joked that my dress was inappropriate because my cleavage was bulging.
8. Finding a swimsuit that is cute but that will also support your breasts well is nearly impossible. And if you happen to find one you like well enough, it will be at or over $100.
9. I loathed gym class because I would have to run and I knew my boobs would bounce ridiculously in front of all the males, including my gym teacher. I tried wearing a regular bra and a sports bra and that helped a little, but I still held my hands over my boobs.
There are many other reasons that busty women dislike our endowments, but I would have to write a small novel to encompass them all. Bottom line is, big boobs are a lot like kids. Everyone thinks they're fun to play with and nice to look at until they are yours.
