At this point, everyone's had the chance to listen to Beyoncé's Lemonade a few (thousand) times, so you better know the lyrics. And what better solution to your Instagram caption needs than some good Beyoncé?!

Sadly, most of this album is about her being cheated on, which I still have yet to understand how Queen Bey could be cheated on, but that doesn't mean you have to stop using some great lyrics for your Instagram pics. They're empowering and can get you going.

1. "Know that I kept it sexy and know I kept it fun" -- Hold Up

This one's great for after a night with your friends. Also a good caption for a photo without the best quality.

2. "I hop up out the bed and get my swag on. I look in the mirror, say, 'What's up?'" -- Hold Up

Another empowering one for any sort of occasion.

3. "You ain't married to no average b****, boy" -- Don't Hurt Yourself

This one's actually pretty risky. Would not recommend if your grandmother follows you on Instagram, but how can you not scream this lyric in pride when you hear it come on?

4. "Let's have a toast to the good life" -- Sorry

Sorry is one of my favorite songs on the album because it starts to turn into Beyonce not caring one bit and just doing her own thing. Easy caption for a fun night out with your gals.

5. "He better call Becky with the good hair" -- Sorry

This is the one everyone's been talking about and that you can easily make a joke out of. Obviously (well, hopefully), none of your friends are Becky, but turn any sort of caption into a joke about having good hair and/or being named Becky is a great way to show all your friends you're up to date with pop culture!

6. "Oh baby you know, she got them commas and them decimals. She don't gotta give it up cause she professional" -- 6 Inch

6 Inch is SUCH a good one. Lots of quotable lines in there.

7. "She grinds from Monday to Friday, works from Friday to Sunday" -- 6 Inch

I love singing this line super loud. All about that grind.

8. "Six-inch heels, she walked in the club like nobody's business... she murdered everybody and I was her witness" -- 6 Inch

Umm, hello, when you're walking in somewhere with 6-inch heels, you're going to feel like you could take over everyone else. Good photo for an event where, of course, you and all your girls are wearing tall heels.

9. "Cause you, you, you, you and me could move a mountain. You, you, you, you and me could calm a war down" -- Love Drought

Love Drought is kind of a sad song and isn't the best sentiment for when it comes to relationships, but a few of the lyrics alone are actually kind of sweet for a pic with your SO.

Alright, alright, so most of this album is all about self-empowerment, but hey, isn't that what all of our Instas are? Go wild and free with these.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
