Busy is defined in a dictionary as "having a great deal to do" or "keeping occupied". Whether you're preparing for exams as a student or up for review at work, chances are you've had at least one week where you barely even had time to breathe.
1. You depend on your planner more than anything.
Even if you're not the type to carry an agenda with you everyday, you have a schedule written down somewhere with the thousands of things you have to do.
2. You mentally plan your schedule the night before to ensure you have time to do everything.
"If I get up at 7 a.m, I'll have 10 minutes to eat lunch tomorrow and still finish everything by 11 p.m."
3. You survive every day by drinking coffee, soda or Red bull. Sometimes all three.
There is no way to get through your busy day with energy UNLESS you have access to caffeine.
4. Stress is a normal emotion for you.
The absence of stress is the first indicator that you've forgotten something, which causes you to begin to stress all over again.
5. Tired has become a permanent state of being for you.
The fact that you've only had four hours of sleep no longer fazes you. At this point... it's normal.
6. The extra stress makes relaxation so much better.
The more stressed you are, the better you are able to relax when all your work is done.
