Finding a roommate for college is actually terrifying and stressful. You have to act like the nicest and friendliest person in the world, without seeming too creepy. We are all wondering certain things that are just a little too awkward to ask when you have barely talked at all. C'mon, we're all secretly stalking Facebook pictures and Instagram posts.

1. Is that her boyfriend/bestfriend/brother/any type of relative in all of her Instagrams?

For some people, it's a big deal if their soon-to-be roomie has a boyfriend or not. But getting to know the family is also important too, of course!

2. Is she vegetarian/vegan???

Nothing against people who are vegetarian/vegan, but this could be an important factor. Who will pig out and eat wings with me at two in the morning?!

3. Does she snore in her sleep?

Some people can sleep through noise, while others definitely cannot.

4. Do we have the same shoe size?

You are truly blessed in every way possible if you and your roommate have the same shoe size. This is every girl's dream.

5. Do they have a dog and how many?

Meeting someone who loves dogs just as much as you do is the best. You get to meet your future roommate and a puppy. What could be better than that?

6. Will they sleep on the top or bottom bunk?

If you went to sleep-away camp, you either love or hate the top/bottom bunk. You have already experienced almost falling off the side of the top bunk before. You are a survivor!

7. Will she share clothes?

Having a roommate is basically having another closet. You can't find something to wear? You ask her for that cute shirt with the open back! Her stuff is yours, and yours is hers.

8. Does she actually go to the gym?

We all love to say how we workout all the time, but do we actually? We love the workout clothes, not the physical workout.

Having a roommate is a new and exciting experience. We just have to get past the awkward small talk and be our normal, weird selves. If my roommates are reading this: can't wait to have a year full of craziness with you people!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
