In college, it can be so hard to eat healthy, especially when you are surrounded by tons of food that makes you feel gross 10 minutes after eating it. After my freshman year, I wanted to get back in shape and eat healthy again, but knew it would be hard once I got back to school in the fall and saw donuts, pizza and endless other carbs for my taking. I love to eat, a lot, and although I wish that I could eat Krispy Kreme donuts for every meal, my body sure would hate me. So, I decided to write about the struggles of eating healthy. Since that topic was super boring I figured why not add in something else I love and adore. That something being the fashion famous North West, because just look at her, she’s so cute. Here are my top seven struggles of living a healthy lifestyle, told by North West. Enjoy.
1. There’s always going to be that one food you can't resist.
Whether that be donuts for me, or chocolate chip pancakes for North, nothing can separate a girl from her carbs. 2. You spend countless hours on the Internet looking up new workouts and healthy meals to make and are still confused as to why you do not look like Nikki Blackketter yet.
Like, come on, body, work your fitness magic already!
3. Being frustrated when your friends don't understand why you won't get McDonalds with them at 1 a.m.
They just don't get it
4. Walking past your favorite bakery and having your mouth water looking at all the cookies and cakes.
Give me all the treats!!
5. Seeing your favorite unhealthy snack on sale and your boyfriend pulling you away because he knows it will ruin your goals.
But the ice cream is calling my nammmmeee!!
6. Hearing someone talk about how great they feel after eating a salad for lunch when you feel like you're eating grass.
Go away from me if you're gonna tell me how great your green smoothy tastes
