Spring semester is almost over, which means summer is on its way-- THANK GOD. Here are a few signs that show it's almost over.
1. Professor Evaluations
If I burn, you burn with me. Professor evaluations are the perfect time to throw your "hag of a professor" under the train. I'm not sure if it does much, but it sure feels great to give them a 0/10 for clarity and helpfulness.
2. When your professor's don't stop assigning work
We are almost done. Just stop with this nonsense already. It's warm out and I'm not feeling this eight page paper.. Do you really have time to grade all of this?
3. Winter is gone!
Put away your parkas kids, the arctic air is on it's way out! No more walking to class in negative weather with snow whipping at you, being numb with coldness, and touching anything that's warm. You can also pack your boots away for next year and get some lighter shoes!
4. It's almost time to go home
Home= decent food. You can say goodbye to your instant meals of ramen and cereal for a good three months (aka until fall semester).
5. You can start to gain your sanity back
There is light at the end of the tunnel. We're almost done. We can do it. A good week of sleep and you'll be back to normal.
6. You've been in the library too long
Your relationship with the library is a love-hate one. You have precious moments of being there till the next morning and mental breakdowns at your computer while eating a sandwich. Eventually, the library will suck the life out of your soul. It happens way too often.
7. Everyone starts to annoy you
The littlest things start to annoy you. While your roommate is complaining about her boyfriend, you will be planning to shove a pillow in her mouth while thinking "shut up, no one cares." We're all tired of hearing about you're boyfriend.
8. Finals week
The most painful time of a person's college career. Endless hours of cramming sucks. No matter how much you prepare, you will still cram. Your sanity will become questionable, but once it's over, you'll be fine.
IT'S ALMOST OVER THOUGH!
