1. We do not pronounce our r's.

Yeah, we may talk a little weird to you, but get over it because it is not going to change.

2. Rotaries.

They are wicked easy to use, you yield into it and you yield out, what is the big deal?

3. Coffee Milk.

Even though coffee milk is technically the state drink of Rhode Island, it is a delicious drink that is not just coffee with milk, but a wicked awesome syrup that makes your milk into a delicious coffee tasting drink for all ages.

4. We love our Dunkin Donuts.

Dunkin Donuts is the best place to get your coffee, and even grab a munchkin or two. Heck, we can even tell you directions just by using Dunkin Donuts as a landmark!

5. We love our teams.

Whether we are routing for the Red Sox, Bruins, Patriots or Celtics, we all love our teams. We are not those kinds of fans where we love them only when we are winning. That is just a bonus.

6. Boston, is and forever will be the best place on Earth.

Everyone is usually infatuating with going to New York City, well we have something better and it is called Boston, the best place on earth, and you can always catch the best baseball games!

7. Road rage.

We know we have road rage, but it is not our fault when you have a person from out of state that is driving the actual speed limit in the left hand lane. Get out of our way, and we won't have a problem.

8. Cape Cod

We refer to Cape Cod as The Cape and if we are telling someone that we are going to The Cape we are "going down The Cape".

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
