From high end brands to the cheapest drugstore brand, every makeup lover has their go-to products and brands. Makeup is such a fun form of self expression that it's hard to not get into it, but everyone has their own way of self expression. Walking into Ulta, Sephora or even the makeup section of Target can be like going into a candy store; repurchasing a product that you just hit the pan of, searching the racks for anything intriguing to catch your eye, or just looking around to see all the colors contribute to the creative and awe-inspiring aspects of makeup. Everyone has their every day makeup routine with products that they swear are like the Holy Grail to them, but are they really? Even though everyone has varying opinions when it comes to makeup, there are some brands that are really just indisputable on whether or not they have high quality products.

1. Urban Decay

Urban Decay has been a makeup brand front runner even before the famous Naked palette launched a few years back. Their products never disappoint. Somehow, they can always get the most famous celebrities to collaborate with them on collections and they're always coming out with new products for their consumers to purchase. All of their palettes are very versatile, ranging from the most neutral matte colors to the biggest, brightest and boldest shimmery hues.

2. Too Faced

Too Faced has become rather large within the past few years. What has set them apart from everyone else? Their eyeshadow palettes (among other things!) Within the past two years, Too Faced has launched lots of new palettes including the Sweet Peach Palette and the Chocolate Bar eye shadow collection. The shadows in these palettes actually smell like the food it's named after! Their product packaging is also too cute not to buy!

3. Anastasia Beverly Hills

Best known for their contour kit that is worthy of Kim Kardashian herself, Anastasia is used by all the pros. They offer a wide range of products, but their eyebrow products are especially to die for! I have never been disappointed by this brand and it is always worth the splurge.

4. ColourPop

A little bit on the cheaper side, Colourpop is all about a bold lip and a side of confidence. This brand prides themselves on selling their products at affordable prices but still producing products with the highest quality possible. You can never go wrong with their liquid matte lipsticks and you can splurge and buy quite a few shades!

5. BECCA

BECCA prides itself in producing products that are meant to enhance your natural beauty, not cover it up! They have the best highlighters and their newest collection, Champagne Glow, is being raved about by makeup lovers everywhere and is sure to become a classic!

6. Benefit Cosmetics

You may know Benefit from their huge counters at Ulta, but have you ever looked at their products? Coming in gorgeous packaging, Benefit is a brand you can never go wrong with. Whether you're just starting to get into makeup or you're a pro, they have products for you that are super easy to use!

7. e.l.f.

You may know e.l.f. from the checkout line at Old Navy or the huge section at Target! Elf is known for their cheap prices, because the company is determined to give everyone the opportunity to have a high quality makeup collection, no matter how much they make. Mimicking lots of higher end brands, e.l.f. is great if you're looking for a makeup dupe!

8. NYX

NYX is a great brand that offers professional makeup at a drugstore price! They have a wide variety of products and great lipsticks!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
