Everyone experiences stress from multiple different things in life. Most people stress over too much to do in too little a time when they don't need to. I have been trying to live with these seven ideals for the past couple of weeks, and I found that my stress level is significantly lower than I thought it would be with my busy schedule. Now I would like to share them with you…
1. Breakfast

2. Write it Down

Even if you have a great memory, it is always good to have a backup. This could be as simple as a post-it note in your wallet or purse, up to a scheduling book, whatever works for you. Your brain can only handle so much, and at some point you are bound to forget something.
3. Get in a Routine

And stick to it. If it repeats, then your brain and body will get in sync with you, and your stress levels will go down. Studies show that if you repeat something seven times, then you won’t forget it. Seven weeks sounds like a long time, but in the long run you will appreciate it.
4. Give Yourself a Breather

Take a break to focus on yourself and not on whatever you need to do. My personal break usually includes a 30 minute nap. It is proven that a nap can help rejuvenate your body, refresh your mind and help you live a longer, healthier life. Short naps for a minimum of 12 minutes are proven to increase memory. Different breathers could be taking a minute to draw or play a game; again, whatever works for you.
5. Don't Overload on Caffeine

I’m not going to take away your daily dose of coffee in the morning, but you really should cut off your caffeine intake by about 1:00 p.m. Caffeine can make your stress levels worse and lead you to chronic sleep deprivation. Try removing it from your routine or limiting your intake.
6. Get a Good Night's Sleep

This is extremely important because that 30 minute nap won’t get you until 2 a.m., and neither will your brain. Your sleep and state of mind is more important than staying up and doing whatever you think you need to do. Instead, plan out a way that you can get a decent amount of sleep (this you can do on your post-it note or planner) so that you aren’t running yourself ragged the day before a due date.
7. Believe in Yourself
You need to know that you are able to do it, and while others may say it is impossible, it is not. A full schedule is not a bad thing, and it absolutely does not need to be a stressful thing. You need to know why your schedule is so packed, and be able to have your goal in mind at all times.Good luck! You can do it!
