If you are like me and work while going to college you know that sometimes you have to pull some long days and nights to get things done on time.

Sometimes you might be up for 48 hours straight and then sleep for 36 hours to make up for it. You might drink a lot of coffee or energy drinks to help you get through your insane days.

So here are some things that we know to be true while working through college!

1. Long days

Long Day

I wake up at 6 some mornings to get ready for my day and don't go to bed till after midnight! Most of the time I have long days like this though are actually the days that I'm not at work.

2. Caffeine

Coffee!

I only manage work and school with lots of Coffee

3. Being Busy

Busy

I'm often busy every day of the week from the time that I get up till the time I go to bed.

4. Planner is your best friend

Planner

Without my planner, I would miss a due date or two every semester because I can't remember every single due date off the top of my head.

5. Lack of sleep...

Lack of sleep

From staying up to get homework done or finish studying for an exam.

6. And then excessive sleep

Sleep

To make up for the lack of sleep that you had last night getting that 12-page paper done

Smell

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
