Yoo guys Thanksgiving is this week and you know what that means? All the food is going to be consumed. More important than the food is that you get to spend time with the people that you love the most. With that being said there are many different things people do on Thanksgiving and here are some of them.

1. Watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Watching the parade is a tradition for me. I literally have set an alarm so I know I'd be up to watch it. I even go as far as flipping between the two different channels that it's on to watch it. I don't know why I just always have. You can never go wrong with the parade though. I mean it has been going on for years.

2. Watch Football

This is another big thing in my house. It's not like we just watch one game and it's done, it's all the games on that day.

3. Cook/Help Cook

I'm not much of a cook but I tend to see if I can help my mom at all.

4. Spend Time With Loved Ones

This is a big one for me because I don't really get to see my family all that much. I love seeing all my family in one place even if they do get a little much for me at times since there are A LOT of us.

5. Have A Friendsgiving

Friends are just as important to me as my family. So I like to spend time with them too.

6. Eat All The Food

Pumpkin Pie, Stuffing, Turkey, Gravy, Sweet Potatoes, Everything!

I just really love food so Thanksgiving is one of my favorite Holidays for that reason.

7. Nap

That after dinner nap is one of the best things to happen sometimes. Then you wake up and have more food if you want!

These are just some of the many things you can do on Thanksgiving. Have a safe and happy holiday and Happy Thanksgiving!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
