Lib, because yes I am too lazy to actually say library these days. I know it may sound lame, but I really do love the library. I definitely spend more time in there than I do in my room. But there’s just something about the lib. Just think, a while back someone put in all this money and made some giant building and threw a ton of books in it. And now I practically live in that building. So, you should too.
1. What better place to study than the lib?
It may seem obvious, but so many people are studying in these crowded places, like the dining hall, outside, their rooms. Why do so when books can surround you?
2. The library can truly be your home.
And what I mean by that is-you can order pizza to the actual library, and enjoy it in a nice cubicle.

3. What if you’re trying to avoid someone?
People can be exhausting sometimes. You know what’s a good place to not be bothered? The silent floor of the library.
4. Or... the exact opposite, the library is a big place and people do hang out on the non-silent floor.
The library is great to bump into someone there and maybe even study with.
5. Need to cozy up with a good book?
It’s like people forget the books that are staring at them in the lib. Take one down, grab your scone and get reading. The library acts like a pretend Barnes and Noble for me, except without the built-in Starbucks).
6. Library’s are really practical.
Most of the people who work/volunteer as study mentors, tutors, and people who are like really good at school, also happen to live in the lib. Take advantage of them, it’s kinda their job.
7. Don’t forget to rest.
There will be a time (or many times) in everyone’s college career where they must stay up and pull that all-nighter. The library will be your rock for that one. You may start out at 7 p.m. and slowly but surely find your way to 7 a.m., crouched over in a little library chair. The lib will always be there, so don’t forget to love it!
