7 Games to Play Using Fraternity Composites

It's Sunday night, and I am sitting in my room with only a few hours left until my deadline for this week's Odyssey article. I made it very clear in my first article that I am a fan of procrastination and I have yet to be fired from my position. That being said, I'm not freaking out too much about being reprimanded by Marshall, but I still am having major writer's block. At 10:03 p.m., Taylor Swift would have described my article as a blank space, baby.

I'm trying all of my classic brainstorming techniques (aka napping and checking Instagram) when all of a sudden inspiration strikes in the form of an early senior will-down.

My friend comes into my room and gives me a plethora of composites that our sisters have accumulated over the years. So naturally, instead of putting them to the side so I can focus on my approaching deadline, I decide to start to look at my inherited composites and find ways to put all 15 of them to good use. While I don't want to necessarily say I condone stealing, I will say that I had way too much fun playing games with these composites of fraternity members' pictures.

Whether you have taken a fraternity composite during a hazy Karkov-fueled night or you snagged one from a sorority you came across while at the house for brunch, make your thievery worthwhile by playing games with these composites. There is nothing more entertaining than using a composite for different games, such as ...

Kelley or SPEA?

The game that answers the question "investment banker or nonprofit management?" Look at all the pictures of the members and make your most educated guess regarding what they are all studying.

Marry, Screw, Kill

A censored version of a classic game that makes everybody feel uncomfortable and a little bit rude.

Facey Or Funny?

Determine whether each member is more of a model or a comedian. If you come across a picture that seems to have a balanced ratio, marry them.

Screw Your Sister
Hypothetically match every member of your house with somebody on the composite to make the cutest (or most heinous) couples of all time.

Find The Dopplegänger

See if you can find any members of the chapters that resemble friends, family or celebrities.

Who Would You Do?

An alternative to "marry, screw, kill" for all of the pacifists out there.

Who Have You Done?

There is no better way to match the face of your dance floor make-outs with a name, am I right?

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
