1. The professors and teaching assistants care too much about their students' education.
After only one semester at this school, it became evident to me that the professors and teaching assistants sincerely want their students to succeed and grow… how dare they look out for our best interests!!!
2. Located in Philadelphia, the environment has too many opportunities for internships, jobs and experience.
The city of Philadelphia offers a wide variety of easily accessible opportunities for prospecting students of Temple University… so many options… that’s too good to be true, there MUST be some kind of catch!
3. The diversity of the students will have you questioning what you the thought the real world is like.
The school’s diversity prepares you too early for life after college and gives you too many opportunities to meet people from not only all around the country, but also all over the world… a little too realistic if you ask me.
4. You will never get alone time with all of the Temple police and security guards around.
The on campus security is always around, literally everywhere, at all times. Off campus security is the same way as well. Meaning you will never get to truly walk around campus late at night all by yourself… a damn shame!
5. The amount of clubs, groups and organizations, one can join is too overwhelming.
On my second day of college, I was overwhelmed at how organized and impressive Temple Fest (an opportunity to walk around and get introduced to the different clubs and groups on campus) was… truly rude of the university to go out their way to promote the diverse clubs student have the opportunity of joining.
6. Lastly, the university makes it undeniably impossible to enjoy the month long winter break.
My entire time home over break, I missed every single aspect of Temple University more than anything… it’s an absolute shame that the university does a damn good job of making students falls in love with the campus, the experiences, and the overall ambiance of the school.
Given all of the horrible reasons listed above as to why Temple is the worst school in this world... there is definitely no other school I would rather attend.
