Negotiations and deals are a large part of presidency. As a business man, Trump has made many deals and negotiations. It is also clear that Trump has been successful at his job shown by his monetary value. Not only does he have business in the United States, but he also has business in other countries as well, showing that he can negotiate overseas. This gives him insight into the actual world of trade and negotiation.
2. He is confident.
Confidence is key factor in winning debates and presidency. Trump has shown his confidence by saying what he believes, no matter the consequences. He is never afraid to stand up for something that the mainstream media may not agree with. A perfect example of his confidence is a statement he made in the second GOP debate.
3. He is honest.
At the first GOP debate, Trump, along with the other candidates, was asked if he would ever do anything to hurt one of the other republican candidates' campaign. He was the only one of the candidates asked who raised his hand. Yes, it would not be that nice for him to hurt another campaign of someone in the same political party, but he was honest about it. His honesty not only shines through his campaign, but through previous quotes . Trump shows not only that he is honest no matter what anyone thinks, but that if he is the president, he will most likely be honest to the American people.
4. His ultimate goal is to protect Americans.
Trump does not want to let any refugees in right now, causing a stir among those who disagree. While Trump may seem like a bit of a jerk for not wanting to let those people in, we must look at the bigger picture. Trump wants to protect the American people by making sure that no one comes in that could potentially hurt us. While it may seem to be rude and inconsiderate, the American people should see this as Trump actually caring about America.
5. He funds himself.
It is a world-wide fact that Trump is an extremely wealthy human being. While he has been running his campaign himself, he has been solely relying on himself to fund everything he does for his campaign. From this, we can see that Trump actually cares about America; using his own money to do what he calls, "Make America Great Again."
6. We know his background.
Trump has been in the public eye for the majority of his life. He is known for his riches, has had his own television show and more. Throughout Barack Obama's Presidency, his background has been a large question among the American people; some claiming that he may not have even been born an American. If Trump were president, there would most likely be few to no questions about his history.
I know that many people feel the Trump is an idiot, but I think we all need to see the bigger picture. Maybe he does not chose the best words sometimes, but Trump has a strong presidential campaign and has a leadership talent that he is willing to share. It may sound crazy, but Trump might not be that bad after all.
