College is the best time of your life. Not just because of the endless parties and cheap drink specials, but for all of the benefits that you overlook. Here are six not-so-ordinary things you'll miss about college.
1. Having roommates
No one likes living by themselves, but unfortunately, it's a lot more difficult after college to live with strangers.
2. Walking everywhere
College towns are perfect because they put everything you need within walking distance. You'll miss saving money on gas and getting a quick workout in walking to the store.
3. Living so close to your friends
College campuses create college neighborhoods making it impossible for you to live more than a few minutes away from your best friends.
4. Free gym membership
Your "free"--meaning included in your tuition--gym membership is convenient when you finally feel like working out.
5. Drinking every night
Once college ends, drinking every night has a name new after college: alcoholism.
6. Working part-time jobs
After college everyone expects you to have an adult job. College is the last time you can work at a bar or pizza joint for minimal money and pure benefits.
