Spring Break is here, and you've either been super motivated to get that hot bikini bod, or you just haven't. Either way, you might be giving yourself a second chance for next break.

The gym? It's a nice concept.

But if you're like me, you just DON'T HAVE TIME.

There are still easy lifestyle changes you can make to stay healthy without ruining your entire schedule.

1. Water, water, water

Yes, I know it seems obvious. But did you know you should be drinking 11-15 cups of water a day? I always have a bottle on me to fill up and drink throughout the day.

*Bonus* Add fruits to mix it up a little!

2. Walk!

Driving everywhere is tempting but if it's walking distance, get that cardio in. The steps add up!

3. Watch your diet

University is a tough place because the dining halls are basically a medley of the unhealthiest types of food. Stop getting that cheesy pizza every night, and switch it up with some actual foods. They exist.

4. Get sleep

Especially when you have a to-do list the size of a dictionary, sleep can seem like a waste of time. I know I've definitely had nights where I push through just to get everything done. Not only is that extremely bad for your health, it's not fun to get through the day when you've gotten less than 3 hours of sleep. It's a simple thing that makes a difference!

5. Do small activities throughout the day

You don't have to go to the gym to get your physical activity in your schedule.

Commercial break? Do some jumping jacks.

Brushing your teeth? Squat it out.

Curling your hair? Perfect time for a wall sit!

6. Take your personal time

We all have our crazy days, where you are running around so much you forget to breathe.

No matter how much work you have, always remember to take a second to yourself and do something you enjoy. Mental health is everything!

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
