Packing for college is already stressful, but it gets worse when you're an athlete. Your summer ends sooner than everyone else which leaves less time for packing the essentials. Don't fret, here are your must-haves as a college athlete you don't want to leave at home.

Icy Hot

IcyHot No Mess Applicator

Practices are going to leave you sore, so invest in some IcyHot now. The athletic trainers can only do so much. One bottle should last all season, but I'd get two just in case.

Yes, socks. You need them for class and practice. Keep your practice socks separate from your other socks. You can never have enough socks, especially since the dryer eats socks.

Soffe Shorts

Black Soffe Shorts

Soffe shorts are a staple wardrobe item for practice. They're super comfortable, come in a variety of colors and they're inexpensive. I pack at least 2 pairs for practice.

Sports Bras

Black Nike Sports Bra

For females, practice can take its toll on our chest if we're wearing the wrong bra. Sports bra have the right padding for practice unlike underwire bras. I would pack 3-5 of these.

Water Bottle

Pink Insulated Water Bottle

You're gonna need water every day, especially during practice, so get a sturdy water bottle for every day use. If you can splurge, have it customized with your name!

Grey Nike Tanjun Sneakers

Tennis shoes are another daily necessity for college. They're the best shoes for walking across campus and working your tail off at practice. I'm a Nike fanatic so these would be my recommendation.

College is going to be the best four years of your life and having a sport to rely on to relieve stress helps. With these 6 must-haves packed in, you'll be set! Here's to another academic year and another season.

If you still have not figured out what you want to cook on Thanksgiving, baked macaroni and cheese is something worth considering. It is simple, affordable, and delicious. I have had many different types of baked mac and cheese and most are dry. I do not like a dry mac and cheese, it just does not seem appealing to me. If you like the creamy cheesy essence of mac and cheese, look no further, this recipe is for you.

This Simple 7-Step DIY Face Mask Combines Safety — And Sustainability

Instead of studying like I intended on doing today, I made a face mask for some reason and thought I'd share how I did.

If you were looking for a simple way to make a mask, I am happy to share how I personally make them. I have a pretty small face in general, so I prefer having my homemade ones so they fit better. This is also a great alternative to just throwing away any clothes! Before starting, you will need to make sure you have fabric, thread, a needle, and pins; if you have a sewing machine, you obviously could use that instead of hand sewing it.

Taylor Swift is famous for her Easter eggs on social media that hint at what is coming next for her. Over the past few days, fans noticed a change in Swift's hair when she was accepting her win as Apple's songwriter of the year that was reminiscent of the "Red" era. Of course, this has caused widespread speculation that Swift has begun to re-record her masters.
