Thanksgiving break is just on the horizon, and for many people, that means going back to their childhood home. Being back home can bring on a multitude of emotions: the excitement to sleep in your bedroom, getting a meal from your favorite local restaurant or being reunited with childhood friends. Basically, Thanksgiving break equates to a ton of nostalgia, and nothing brings on that nostalgic feeling more than songs from the 2000s to early 2010s. Even if you loathed the town you grew up in, nostalgia still gives us that warm fuzzy feeling of being a kid, before we had the weight of the world pounding on our shoulders with responsibilities and being thrust into the realm of self-reliance.
