Finals week is coming up, which means that the amount of paper and project deadlines is increasing, fast. This is even harder to deal with as the weather gets nicer because, as all Villanova students know, it's hard to resist the lure of the Oreo or the urge to skip class on a perfect spring day. It's also hard to cope with the fact that most of us won't be coming back to campus until August rolls around. Not only does that make us one year closer to graduating, it makes us one year closer to entering the dreaded "real world." Until that point comes, however, there are a few key things you know if you're a Villanovan, and I guarantee you've done every single one of these throughout the semester.

SEE ALSO: 10 Things That Make A Villanova Student Smile

1. When you hear "Oreo" you don't think of food.

2. Wearing Villanova clothes at least three times a week is normal.

3. You know most of the words to the fight song. Not all, but most.

4. Watching Villanova basketball is an emotional experience.

5. You define the Oreo as the center of campus.

6. Navigating tours, especially on those sunny days, has become a natural part of your day.

7. Tearing up, or bursting out in tears, at the mention of any basketball loss is completely acceptable.

8. Avoiding the Exchange if you're trying not to see anybody, or someone specific, is normal.

9. On the other hand, if you're trying to watch someone closely, you hang out in the Exchange for hours.

10. Basking in the glory from last year's National Championship.

11. Rewatching "The Shot" every time it comes up in your newsfeed.

12. Knowing the chicken parm from Cova is never going to disappoint.

13. Forgetting the shuttle doesn't run on the weekends and getting extremely disappointed when you remember.

14.Texting your friends daily to see what the hot food is from the Exchange or Connelly.

15. Seeing someone you know, everywhere you go.

16. Mentally preparing yourself for when you have a class on West.

17. Debating if that 8:30 or 9:30 is actually worth going to, or if you can actually sleep in for another hour before facing the world.

18. Feeling like you have more homework to do. All. The. Time.

19. Ignoring all of that homework to go to the Courts on a Tuesday night.

20. Not being able to walk two steps in Bartley without seeing the #1 Business School ranking from Bloomberg.

21. Realizing that every party is pretty similar, but still going in case you miss something.

22. Assuming the person you just met is from New Jersey, and usually being correct.

23. Walking to class and recognizing no one, then getting to class and sitting with the same two people you know.

24. Getting to class during the first week and realizing you had no idea what you were signing up for during registration.

25. Taking trips back to South for Spit dinner.

26. Seeing a basketball player on campus and (not so) subtly staring at them the entire time.

27. Running out of Novabucks when you're doing laundry, so you have to ask your friend for their Wildcard.

28. Looking at your friends' work from other majors and questioning how they pass their classes.

29. Looking at your own work from your major and questioning how you're going to pass your classes.

30. Using GPA calculator on a daily basis to see how bad you can do this semester and still keep a decent GPA.

31. Watching Snapchat stories of everyone hanging out in the Quad and getting serious FOMO.

32. Telling yourself you'll be able to get work done outside when it's nice out, knowing you won't get any work done once you sit down.

33. Avoiding eye contact with booths in front of the Oreo when you're in a rush to class.

34. Shedding a single tear when you see that you have a class on the third floor of Tolentine.

35. Hearing everyone tell you how they met their husband/wife at Villanova makes you break out in hives.

36. Looking forward to the End of Semester dinner from, well, the start of the semester.

37. Sprinting from Bartley to West, and vice-versa, to make it to class on time.

38. Seeing a dog on campus and desperately wanting to go up and pet it.

39. Spending all of your money on off-campus food, and then regretting it when you have to explain it to your parents.

40. Ordering Campco after a night out and devouring your zilly fries when you get them.

41. Actually going to Campco after a night out and publically embarrassing yourself.

42. Trying to walk past public safety without making a scene so they won't stop and ask you questions.

43. Peaking at the Wells Fargo tailgates and then not making it to the game.

44. Going to Qdoba happy hour to relieve stress.

45. Getting the Bartley meal plan upgrade because the food is just that good.

46. Claiming one of the Bartley study rooms at 9am, because there's no other way you'll be able to get one.

47.Taking pictures of the church for the perfect end-of-semester Instagram post.

48. Walking into the bookstore and justifying spending money on another Villanova sweatshirt.

49. Waiting in the Holy Grounds rush hour line because you need your coffee.

50. Never wanting to leave campus, because that means leaving all of your best friends behind for a few long months.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
